Directions: Please arrive via the private CHII 2 entrance. There is a white box above the door which says Room Two. If you are staying at the Vibe Hotel Sydney, it is a short 2-minute walk just up the road.

Day Two: Tuesday 6 February 2024

Registration: 8.30am

B2B commences: 9.00am

Morning tea: 10.40am (25 minutes)

Lunch: 12.35pm (45 minutes)

Afternoon tea: 2.50pm (25 minutes)

B2B concludes: 4.45pm (followed by a group photo)

Vibe Hotel Sydney

Directions: The B2B meetings will be held in The Loudon's Garage conference space on level 1 of Vibe Hotel Sydney. Please take the lift or the flight of stairs from the hotel lobby up to level 1. There will be signage in the hotel lobby on the day.    

F&B: Morning tea will be held in the foyer space outside the B2B conference rooms. Lunch and afternoon tea will be held in the private dining space on the ground floor behind Storehouse Sydney Central Cafe and Bar.

Networking Happy Hour Drinks
5.00pm - 6.00pm

Additional Information

  • Travel - As a general guide for those travelling from outside Sydney or interstate, please see indicative travel timelines below*: 
    • Buyers: please aim to arrive the evening of Monday 5 February and depart after the conclusion of the networking happy hour drinks on Tuesday 6 February 2024. 
    • Sellers: please aim to arrive during the afternoon of Monday 5 February to attend the casual welcome dinner that evening. Please plan to depart after the conclusion of the networking happy hour drinks on Tuesday 6 February 2024. 
  • B2B meetings - will occur for a full day on Tuesday 6 February 2024. There will be 32 meeting opportunities throughout the day for both buyers and sellers and the meetings will run for 10 minutes plus a 1-minute changeover. Please note:
    • The number of appointments you receive cannot be guaranteed, this is just the maximum number of meetings we anticipate will be held throughout the day. 
    • There will be no set B2B meeting schedule or preferencing for this event. Appointments will occur on a rotational basis throughout the day. Sellers will be seated and buyers will rotate as specified on the day.
