  • You must be (or intend to be) a financial ATEC partner for the 2025/26 year to register and participate in Meeting Place as a full delegate (which includes B2B meetings). If you are unsure of your partnership status, please contact jennifer.bruce@atec.net.au 
  • Immediate payment is required to attend all ATEC events. This includes payment of any invoices issued as part of this registration process.
  • Upon checkout, you will need to accept the event terms and conditions
  • Please do not continue with this form if you require a non-B2B registration including conference and/or networking registration options.These categories will become available in due course.

Please note: During the B2B meeting sessions, each delegate can only participate in one appointment schedule—either with tourism buyers or sellers, not both. If your company wishes to meet with both buyers and sellers, you will need to register two delegates, each with a primary registration. One delegate must select to meet with buyers, and the other with sellers. There will also be ample networking opportunities throughout the event to connect with attendees outside your scheduled appointments.
