| Barossa Showcase - Stop 1 | Time: 3.15pm - 4.30pm Location: Jamhouse, Barossa Inclusions: Welcome from Barossa Australia followed by a behind-the-scenes look into the Jamhouse — home to some of the Barossa’s most exciting small-batch wine producers. This tailored experience will highlight the collaborative spirit of the Jamhouse shared winemaking space while offering an intimate, hands-on journey through the wine process. | ATEC registered buyer & seller delegates |
| Barossa Showcase - Stop 2 | Time: 4.45pm - 7.00pm Location: Lambert Estate, Barossa Inclusions: Explore the sustainable vineyards at Lambert Estate on a guided tour in the comfort of one of our solar charged electric carts and discover the art of winemaking as the winemakers guide you through our state-of-the-art winery, blending the traditions of the past with modern techniques. Finish the afternoon with a food and wine pairing, highlighting the estate grown produce and wines, while enjoying the beautiful views overlooking Lambert estate. | ATEC registered buyer & seller delegates |

As a general guide for those travelling from outside of the Barossa or interstate, please see indicative travel times below*.
- Buyers - please aim to arrive by late morning of Monday 5 August to transfer to the Barossa Valley - details listed above. Please plan to depart after the B2B meetings on Tuesday 6 August OR if you are participating in a post-event famil program, please plan to depart following its conclusion.
- Sellers - please aim to arrive by early-afternoon of Monday 5 August to transfer to the Barossa Valley - details listed above. Please plan to depart after the B2B meetings on Tuesday 6 August.
The meetings will occur on Tuesday 6 August. We estimate that there will be approximately 25 meeting opportunities throughout the day. Meetings will be approximately 10 minutes including a 1-minute changeover. Please note:
- The number of appointments you receive cannot be guaranteed; this is just the maximum number of meetings we anticipate will be held throughout the day.
- There will be no set B2B meeting schedule or preferencing for this event. Appointments will occur on a rotational basis throughout the day. Sellers will be seated, and buyers will rotate as specified on the day.
