Travel
  • Accommodation is included for buyers for the night of Tuesday 11th March for ATEC buyer members travelling from interstate or regional NSW. 
  • As a general guide, buyers should book travel arrangements to arrive in Sydney - prior to the New Product Showcase on Tuesday 11 March (approx. 9am onwards) if they are attending this component OR prior to the Networking Function on Tuesday 11 March (approx. 5.30pm)
  • Depart following the B2B on Wednesday 12 March (evening).
  • Please note that if you choose to extend your stay outside of the official event dates, additional accommodation and travel expenses will need to be independently coordinated at your own expense.

B2B meetings* - the number of B2B meetings available will depend on number of buyer and seller delegates that register to attend. At this early stage, we anticipate there will be between 30 and 40 meeting opportunities available throughout the day.  These will be 10 minutes in length with a 1 minute change over.  Please note that:

    • Note the number of B2B appointments you receive cannot be guaranteed, this is just the number of meetings one can obtain. 
    • Depending on the number of delegates that register, you may be invited to submit your preferences in advance using a tiered system for who you would like to meet with during these sessions (i.e. buyers will preference the sellers they would like to meet with, and sellers will preference the buyers they would like to meet with).  In this case, a system generated meeting schedule will be created and sent to you ahead of the event. 
    • Your session and meeting schedule will be formulated based on the preferences you submitted in advance and in turn the preferences of those who selected to meet with you. Please note the number of preferences you submit in advance may not necessarily correlate to the total number of appointments you receive. 
    • Preferencing will commence once full delegate registrations close after 21 January 2025. We anticipate this will be in early February 2025 and you will receive further information at this time.
