  • You must be a financial ATEC Member for the 2024/25 year to participate in Explore Western Australia as a full delegate (which includes B2B meetings). If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact members@atec.net.au 
  • Immediate payment is required to attend all ATEC events. We accept Mastercard and Visa only. 
  • If you are unable to pay via credit card, please click here for an invoice only registration option. Please do not continue with this form as it will request immediate credit card payment.
  • You will need to accept the event terms and conditions.

Famil Program

Explore Western Australia buyer delegates are offered the opportunity to nominate to participate in a single day famil program on Thursday 15 August 2024 - proudly supported by Tourism Western Australia (TWA). 

Please note that availability is limited and an invitation to attend a day famil program is at the discretion of TWA and cannot be guaranteed. TWA will be in touch once registrations close to advise if you have been selected to attend and which day itineraries will be available.

Would you like to stay an extra day in Perth on Thursday 15 August to participate in a day familiarisation? 

Data Sharing & Privacy

ATEC will need to share your information with Tourism Western Australia if you indicate an interest in attending the single day famil program. Your details will be used for the selection process and, if selected, to facilitate your participation in this program.

Travel & accommodation

As a general guide, buyers should book travel arrangements to: 

  • Arrive: by early-afternoon on Tuesday 13th August for ATEC coordinated transfers from the Perth CBD to the Swan Valley for the event. Return transfers to the Perth CBD will be provided following the conclusion of the B2B and Happy Hour Drinks on Wednesday 14th August.
  • Depart: after the conclusion of the B2B and Happy Hour Drinks or following the famil day on Thursday 15th August (should you wish to attend and dependent on being selected).

One nights’ accommodation in the Swan Valley on Tuesday 13th August is included in the registration fee for all buyers attending ATEC's Explore Western Australia 2024 event. If you are based in Western Australia and/or would prefer ATEC not to book accommodation for you on this basis, please indicate this below. Please also note that if you choose to extend your stay outside of the official event dates, additional accommodation and travel expenses will need to be independently coordinated at your own expense.
