The event will be held over two days on ATEC’s virtual B2B platform and will offer a total of 50 x 12-minute meeting opportunities with a 3-minute break between each meeting. *

Please note:
- * The B2B sessions will occur over two days on Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 April 2025. A total of 50 meeting opportunities will be offered throughout the event (25 per day). The number of final appointments each delegate receives cannot be guaranteed, this is just the number of meeting opportunities available across the event.
- Only one primary seller delegate is permitted to register per organisation.
- One additional seller delegate can participate in B2B appointments with the primary seller delegate. They do not receive their own appointment schedule/stream.
- Instructions regarding the registration of one additional seller delegate will be provided prior to the event.
- Additional delegates can access the same appointment schedule as a primary delegate from a different computer/device.

Ticket price does not include computer or internet access or any other office or ancillary charges.
