Buyer Registration options

Below are the different registration types for buyers. Please note all prices are listed excluding GST.

To participate in the event your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2023/24 year. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au

Registration inclusions

Buyer registrations (for both primary and additional delegates) include**:

Hosted buyer dinner with Tourism Western Australia
Full day of B2B meetings - one meeting schedule/appointment stream per delegate to maximise meetings with as many sellers as possible
Gala finale (networking event)
Two nights' accommodation including breakfast (for interstate buyers) on Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th August 2023

Buyer delegates are also offered the opportunity to indicate a preference to attend one of three post event famil programs proudly supported by Tourism Western Australia (TWA), commencing Thursday 17th to Sunday 20th August 2023.

A three night fully hosted famil program to one of the following itineraries. *

Lower Coral Coast
Perth & South West
Shark Bay / Dirk Hartog

*During the registration process, buyers will be requested to list in order of preference which famil program they would like to participate in. Once registrations close, TWA will be in contact to confirm your participation option. Availability is strictly limited and an invitation to attend a particular famil program is at the discretion of TWA.

Please note that flight arrangements/bookings and transfers are at the expense of the buyer delegate. If you choose to extend your stay outside of the official event dates, additional accommodation and travel expenses will also need to be independently coordinated at your own expense.
