Day One: Tuesday 15th August 2023

                       8am - Arrival tea & coffee
                       10:25am - Morning tea (20 mins)
                       12:25pm - Lunch (45 mins)

Famil Program: Thursday 17th to Sunday 20th August 2023

  • Travel - As a general guide for those travelling from outside Perth or interstate, please see indicative travel timelines below*: 
    • Buyers: please aim to arrive early to mid afternoon of Tuesday 15th August to attend the hosted buyer dinner. Please plan to depart after the conclusion of either the Gala finale on the evening of Wednesday 16th August OR, if participating in the famil program, after the conclusion of the program late afternoon, 20th August 2023. 
    • Sellers: please aim to arrive in time for the commencement of the B2B meetings on Wednesday 16th August. Please plan to depart after the Gala finale on the evening of Wednesday 16th August.
    • * Subject to change based on confirmation of the final event program.
  • B2B meetings will occur on Wednesday 16th August. The number of meeting opportunities offered throughout the day will depend on the total number of delegates registered to attend. More information will be provided closer to the event. Meetings will be around 10 minutes plus a 1-minute changeover. Please note:
    • The number of appointments you receive cannot be guaranteed.
    • There will be no set B2B meeting schedule or preferencing for this event. Appointments will occur on a rotational basis throughout the day. Sellers will be seated and buyers will rotate as specified on the day.
