Buyer Registration

Below is the registration type and inclusions for buyers. Please note the price is listed excluding GST. 

As numbers are strictly limited for this event, companies must strictly adhere to registering only one primary buyer delegate to attend the event.

To participate in the event your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2024/25 year. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au

For eligible buyers, the registration fee and associated travel costs including flights are eligible expenses under Austrade's Reviving International Tourism Grant (RITG).


Registration inclusions**

  • Welcome networking function
  • Full day of B2B meetings (inclusive of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea)
  • Happy hour drinks following the B2B meetings
  • The opportunity to express an interest in participating in a post-event famil program following the B2B sessions on Wednesday 4 September, proudly supported by Tourism Tasmania (TTas)
  • Two nights' accommodation including breakfast at the Country Club Tasmania on Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 September 2024
  • Transfers from the Country Club to other relevant venues during the event. You will need to make your own way to/from the Country Club.

Please note: 
  • Flight arrangements are not included in the registration fee and will need to be coordinated and funded independently. Note for eligible buyers, event associated travel costs including flights are eligible expenses under Austrade's Reviving International Tourism Grant (RITG). 
  • If you choose to extend your stay outside of the official event dates, additional accommodation and travel expenses will also need to be independently coordinated at your own expense. 
  • As numbers are strictly limited, only one primary buyer delegate registration per company is permitted for this event. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
  • There are no additional buyer delegate options for this event to enable as many buyer member companies to participate.
