| Day Famil Program Hosted by Tourism Western Australia (TWA) | Explore Western Australia buyer delegates are offered the opportunity to nominate to participate in a single day famil program on Thursday 15 August 2024, proudly supported by Tourism Western Australia (TWA). Please note that availability is limited and an invitation to attend a day famil program is at the discretion of TWA and cannot be guaranteed. TWA will be in touch once registrations have closed to confirm if you have been selected to attend. Day famil itineraries will be finalised once buyer numbers are confirmed. | Selected registered buyers |
Additional Information
- Buyers - please aim to arrive by early-afternoon of Tuesday 13 August for ATEC coordinated transfers from the Perth CBD to the Swan Valley for the welcome networking function. Return transfers to the Perth CBD will be provided following the conclusion of the B2B and happy hour drinks on Wednesday 14 August. Please plan to depart after the conclusion of the B2B and happy hour drinks or following the famil day on Thursday 15 August (should you wish to attend and dependent on being selected).
- Sellers - please note that seller delegates are required to facilitate and fund their own their own transfers to/from the Swan Valley as well as their own accommodation arrangements if staying overnight in the Swan Valley on Tuesday 13 August. Please aim to arrive in the Swan Valley for the welcome networking function from approximately 5.30pm - 8.00pm on Tuesday 13 August. The B2B will be held from approximately 8.00am to 5.00pm on Wednesday 14 August followed by happy hour drinks. Please depart after the conclusion of these events.
- The number of appointments you receive cannot be guaranteed, this is just the maximum number of meetings we anticipate will be held throughout the day.
- There will be no set B2B meeting schedule or preferencing for this event. Appointments will occur on a rotational basis throughout the day. Sellers will be seated, and buyers will rotate as specified on the day.
