*The supplier sessions will run concurrently to the B2B meetings to enable sellers who have meetings in the morning to attend the afternoon sessions and vice versa.

Additional Information

As a general guide please see indicative travel timelines below:

Buyers should expect to arrive either Sunday 20 November (pm) or Monday 21 November (early am) and depart Thursday 24 November (late pm or evening) or Friday 25 November (excluding any pre or post famil arrangements). ATEC will liaise directly with all buyer delegates about travel arrangements.*
Sellers should expect to arrive by mid-afternoon Monday 21 November and depart Thursday 24 November (late pm or evening) or Friday 25 November (if participating in the proposed optional touring day).*

Please note, just like other Meeting Place events in the past, the B2B sessions will occur over two half days with a maximum of 27 appointments available in each session. Buyers will receive a maximum of 54 meeting opportunities throughout the day and sellers will receive a maximum of 27 meeting opportunities.

Timings for session A is 8.15am - 12.35pm (inclusive of a 20min break)
Timings for session B is 1.10pm - 5.45pm (inclusive of a 20min break)
Please note the number of appointments you receive cannot be guaranteed, this is just the maximum number of meetings one can obtain.
You will be able to submit your preferences in advance using a tiered system for who you would like to meet with during these sessions (i.e. buyers will preference the sellers they would like to meet with, and sellers will preference the buyers they would like to meet with).
A system generated meeting schedule will be created and sent to you ahead of the event.
Your session and meeting schedule will be formulated based on the preferences you submitted in advance and in turn the preferences of the buyers who selected to meet with you. Please note the number of preferences you submit in advance may not necessarily correlate to the total number of appointments you receive.
Preferencing will commence once full delegate registrations close. We anticipate this will be in September and you will receive further information at this time.
