Buyer Registration

Below is the registration type and inclusions for buyers. Please note the price is listed excluding GST. 

To ensure we are able to accept as many buyers as possible to participate in the event, companies must strictly adhere to registering only one primary buyer delegate to attend the event.

To participate in the event your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2024/25 year. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au


Registration inclusions**

  • Return cruise transfers from Port of Airlie (Airlie Beach) to Daydream Island
  • Welcome Networking Function
  • Full day of B2B meetings (inclusive of morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and post B2B refreshments)
  • Two nights' accommodation including breakfast for Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 June 2025 at Daydream Island Resort
Please note:
  • Flight arrangements and transfers outside of the official event times are not included in the registration fee and will need to be coordinated and funded independently. Please see the Travel Information tab to assist with suggested details on how to get there/return.
  • If you choose to extend your stay outside of the official event dates, additional accommodation and travel expenses will also need to be independently coordinated at your own expense. 
  • One primary buyer delegate registration permitted per company. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept additional buyer delegate registrations for this event.
