Buyer Registration

Below is the registration type and inclusions for buyers. Please note the price listed excludes GST. 

Please note to participate in the event your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2025/26 year. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au


Registration inclusions**

  • Return coach transfers from Adelaide CBD to the Barossa
  • Destination Showcase Welcome Function
  • Full day of B2B meetings (inclusive of morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and post B2B refreshments)
  • One nights' accommodation including breakfast for Tuesday 6 August at Novotel Barossa Valley Resort
  • The opportunity to express an interest in participating in a post-event famil, proudly supported by the South Australian Tourism Commission (SATC). 
Please note: 
  • A maximum of two buyer delegates per business can register to attend and will share the one meeting schedule.
  • Flight arrangements and transfers outside of the official event times are not included in the registration fee and will need to be coordinated and funded independently. If you choose to extend your stay outside of the official event dates, additional accommodation and travel expenses will also need to be independently coordinated at your own expense. 
  • A small number of famil experiences will be offered to select buyers to celebrate the simple pleasures of the regions surrounding the Barossa. Availability is limited and an invitation to attend the famil program is at the discretion of the SATC and cannot be guaranteed. The SATC will be in touch with buyer delegates once registrations close to confirm further details.
