Buyer Registration

Below is the registration type and inclusions for buyers. Please note the price listed excludes GST. 

Please note to participate in the event your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2025/26 year. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au


Registration inclusions**

  • Welcome Networking Function (including transfers to/from the venue)
  • Full day of B2B meetings (inclusive of morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and post B2B refreshments)
  • Two nights' accommodation including breakfast 
  • The opportunity to express an interest in participating in a pre or post event famil, proudly supported by Tourism Tasmania (TTAS). More details noted below.
Please note: 
  • A maximum of one buyer delegate per business can register to attend.
  • Flight arrangements and transfers outside of the official event times are not included in the registration fee and will need to be coordinated and funded independently. If you choose to extend your stay outside of the official event dates, additional accommodation and travel expenses will also need to be independently coordinated at your own expense. 
Pre or post event famil program:

Whether you're new to selling Tasmania or ready to focus on a specific region or experience, Tourism Tasmania is proud to offer an exclusive familiarisation program designed for ATEC Explore Tasmania participants. Our tailored itineraries - shaped by your responses to our famil questionnaire during the registration process – will align with your business objectives and level of knowledge, ensuring you make the most of your time here in Tassie.

  • Explore Tasmania buyer delegates are invited to nominate for a pre or post-event famil program, proudly supported by Tourism Tasmania (TTAS).
  • If you wish to participate, TTAS aims to tailor your famil experience to best align with your business objectives. 
  • To assist with this, they will request some information about you and your interests, including a preference for pre or post famil experiences. Please note TTAS will try to match your preferences with the opportunities available wherever possible. 
  • An invitation to attend the famil program is at the discretion of the TTAS and cannot be guaranteed.
  • TTAS will be in touch with buyer delegates once registrations close to confirm further details.
