Arrival and transfers
For buyers flying into Launceston, a transfer will be arranged from the Airport to arrive in Devonport by early -mid afternoon. Please ensure your flight arrives by mid-day (no later than 1.30pm) to make the transfer. Sellers are welcome to join the transfer from Launceston Airport providing they make their own way to the airport.
For buyers flying into Devonport, a transfer will be arranged from the Airport to the Novotel Devonport. Please ensure your flight arrives no later than 1.30pm to make the transfer.
Please note that Tourism Tasmania will coordinate transfers to Devonport for buyers participating in a pre-famil program.
Coach transfers to the Welcome Networking Function
Welcome Networking Function
Join nearly 65 buyer and seller delegates for a fabulous Welcome Networking Function at the superb Mount Gnomon Farm - a multi-faceted destination where farm life meets hospitality. A unique gathering place offering not only premium meats and produce but also a fabulous venue for events, retreats, and unforgettable stays. Recommended attire is business casual throughout.
Valet parking at is available $25.00 per vehicle per night (Park in front of the hotel and inform the reception on check-in that you will avail the valet parking). Parking is not able to be pre-booked in advance with the exception of motorbikes.
Offsite parking is available for $10.00 per vehicle per 24 hours (the Market Square Carpark located behind the paranaple Convention Centre, about 2 minutes’ walk back to the hotel. Park in front of the hotel and inform the reception that you will avail the offsite parking. A voucher for this will be provided at the hotel’s reception and payment is made through the reception as well.

Breakfast is available in the Novotel Devonport restaurant from 6.30am.
Note: for those delegates departing after the Business-to-Business meetings today, please check out prior to the meetings and store your luggage at reception, or for self-drivers in your car.
Business-to-Business (B2B) Meetings
The B2B meetings will be held at the paranaple Convention Centre which is just a 1-minute walk around the corner from the Novotel Devonport. Return coach transfers to Launceston
For those that require it, a return transfer to Launceston Airport will be provided from the Novotel Devonport on the morning of Thursday 4 September at approximately 7.30am. Please have breakfast and check out prior to this time.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?
Early September is a cosy and cool time of year to visit northern Tasmania. Average temperature range: daytime 12C-16C; nights 3C-6C.
