Please see below an outline of ATEC's Explore Victoria 2025 Trade Engagement Event.

These are indicative program inclusions, and we encourage you to continue to monitor this page as further details will be added in the lead up to the event.

Day One: Monday 17 February 2025

Welcome networking function	Time: 6.00pm - 8.30pm Location: Jack Rabbit Vineyard (Delegates will be transferred back to Novotel Geelong, arriving at approximately 9.00pm)	All registered delegates

Day Two: Tuesday 18 February 2025

Business-to-business (B2B) meetings	Time: Registration from 8.30am B2B meetings: 9.00am - 5.00pm Location: Novotel Geelong - Peninsula Room	ATEC registered buyers and sellers
Post B2B networking refreshments	Time: Following the B2B meetings until 6.00pm Location: Novotel Geelong - Limeburners Room & Terrace	ATEC registered buyers and sellers

Post-Event Famil Program:

Post-event famil program Hosted by Visit Victoria (VVIC)	Explore Victoria primary buyer delegates are invited to express an interest in participating in a post-event famil program, proudly supported by Visit Victoria (VVIC). Please note that availability is limited and the initiation to attend is at the discretion of VVIC. Once registrations close, VVIC will be in touch to confirm the details. B2B meetings

The B2B meetings will occur on Tuesday 18 February 2025. At this early stage, we estimate that there will be up to 30 meeting opportunities throughout the day. Meetings will be approximately 10 minutes including a 1-minute changeover. Please note:

The number of appointments you receive cannot be guaranteed, this is just the maximum number of meetings we anticipate will be held throughout the day.
There will be no set B2B meeting schedule or preferencing for this event. Appointments will occur on a rotational basis throughout the day. Sellers will be seated, and buyers will rotate as specified on the day.
