Below are the different registration types for buyers. 

To participate in the event your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2024/25 year. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au


For eligible buyers, the registration fee and associated travel costs including flights are eligible expenses under Austrade's Reviving International Tourism Grant (RITG).

Please note that the grant funding needs to be spent by 31 December 2024, with participation in these activities until 31 May 2025. For further information please click here.


Registration inclusions**

  • Welcome networking function
  • Full day of B2B meetings (inclusive of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea) followed by networking drinks
  • The opportunity to express an interest in participating in a post-event famil program, proudly supported by Visit Victoria (VVIC). For further details on the famils available, please CLICK HERE
  • One nights' accommodation including breakfast on Monday 17 February 2025
  • Transfer to/from the welcome networking function


Additional Information

Travel: As a general guide for those travelling from outside Geelong or interstate, please see indicative travel times below.

  • Please arrive by 3.00pm for check-in at the hotel (details to be advised) and transfer pick up for the welcome networking function late afternoon.
  • Please plan to depart after the conclusion of the post-event famil program (if you are participating in one) or following the B2B meetings. Further details on the timings of the famil programs to be advised by VVIC.
  • Please note that Avalon Airport is the closest airport to Geelong and the transfer to the CBD is 20 minutes. 
  • Melbourne Tullamarine Airport is an approx. 1.5-hour drive to Geelong CBD.
  • Flight arrangements and airport transfers are not included in the registration fee and will need to be coordinated and funded independently. 
  • Note for eligible buyers, event associated travel costs including flights are eligible expenses under Austrade's Reviving International Tourism Grant (RITG). 
Please note: 
  • As numbers are strictly limited, only one primary and one additional buyer delegate registration per company is permitted for this event. 
  • Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
  • For further information on the VVIC hosted famil programs, please CLICK HERE. Please note that availability is limited and the invitation to attend is at the discretion of VVIC. Once registrations close, VVIC will be in touch to confirm the details.
