These are indicative program timings, and we encourage you to continue to monitor this page as further details will be added in the lead up to the event. 


Day One: Wednesday 24 June 2026

Pre/Post Famil Programs

Hosted by Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA) and Visit Sunshine Coast                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Explore South Queensland primary buyer delegates are invited to express an interest in participating in a pre/post-event famil program, proudly supported by Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA) and Visit Sunshine Coast. 

Please note that availability is limited and the invitation to attend is at the discretion of BEDA and Visit Sunshine Coast. If more than one buyer from a company registers, it is not guaranteed that both will be invited to participate in a famil. Once registrations close, BEDA and/or Visit Sunshine Coast will be in touch to confirm the details.

Pre famils will commence on Monday 22 June and conclude on Wednesday 24 June prior to the Welcome Function.

Post famils will commence following the B2B meetings on Thursday 25 June and conclude on Saturday 27 June 2026.

Additional information: 

B2B meetings
The B2B meetings will occur on Thursday 25 June 2026. At this stage, we estimate that there will be up to 35 meeting opportunities throughout the day. Meetings will be approximately 10 minutes including a 1-minute changeover. Please note:
  • The number of appointments you receive cannot be guaranteed; this is just the maximum number of meetings we anticipate will be held throughout the day.
  • There will be no set B2B meeting schedule or preferencing for this event. Appointments will occur on a rotational basis throughout the day. Sellers will be seated, and buyers will rotate as specified on the day.
