Travel - As a general guide for those travelling from outside Cairns or interstate, please see indicative travel times below*.
  • Buyers - please aim to arrive by mid-afternoon of Tuesday 11 June to attend the Welcome Networking Drinks. Please plan to depart early to mid-afternoon on Saturday 15 June following the conclusion of the Famil Program (should you wish to attend and dependent on being selected).
  • Sellers - please aim to arrive by mid-afternoon of Tuesday 11 June to attend the Welcome Networking Drinks. Please plan to depart after the conclusion of the Delegate Dinner on Wednesday 12 June.
B2B meetings - will occur on Wednesday 12 June. We estimate that there will be up to 38 meeting opportunities throughout the day. Meetings will be approximately 10 minutes including a 1-minute changeover. Please note:
  • The number of appointments you receive cannot be guaranteed, this is just the maximum number of meetings we anticipate will be held throughout the day.
  • There will be no set B2B meeting schedule or preferencing for this event. Appointments will occur on a rotational basis throughout the day. Sellers will be seated, and buyers will rotate as specified on the day.
