Seller Registration

Below are the different registration types and inclusions for sellers. Please note all prices are listed excluding GST. 

To ensure we are able to accept as many products as possible to participate in the event, companies must strictly adhere to registering only one primary seller delegate to attend the event.

Please note to participate in the event your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2024/25 year. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au


Registration inclusions**

  • Destination Showcase - an afternoon/evening with buyers exploring and experiencing Fleurieu products, food and wine.
  • Full day of B2B meetings (inclusive of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea).
  • Complimentary return transfers from Adelaide CBD.
  • The opportunity to nominate if you wish for buyer/s to experience your product pre or post the event. For more information on the famil opportunities being offered as part of Explore SA, please see HERE.

Please note:
  • Additional seller delegates are eligible to participate in B2B appointments with the primary seller delegate. They do not receive their own appointment schedule/stream. 
  • All seller delegates are required to facilitate and pay for their own accommodation if required. Accommodation is available and recommended at the McCracken Resort and favourable industry rates will be available to purchase. Click HERE for more information and instructions on how to book directly.
  • You are welcome to self-drive and not partake in the complimentary transfers, however, please note there is no reduction in the registration cost if you choose to do this.
  • During the registration process you will be asked to nominate if you wish for buyer/s to experience your product. From this ATEC will then release information of all buyers interested in famils approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the event and sellers (should they wish to) will then need to contact registered buyers to offer them an opportunity to experience their product before or after the event. Once the buyer confirms they will experience an operator's product, the operator can advise the SATC via email (trade@sa.gov.au) of the arrangements and cost. The SATC will then confirm to the operator the amount they will be subsidised. Please see HERE for more information.
