To participate in the event your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2025/26 year. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au

- If additional buyer delegates from the same company wish to participate with their own B2B schedule, please register as a Primary buyer delegate.
- Flight arrangements and transfers to and from the centrally located pick up point in Sydney CBD are not included in the registration fee and will need to be coordinated and funded independently.
- If you choose to extend your stay outside of the official event dates, additional accommodation and travel expenses will also need to be independently coordinated at your own expense.
- Primary buyer delegates will be invited to express interest in participating in a post-event famil in the Southern Highlands hosted by Destination NSW OR a post-event famil in Canberra hosted by VisitCanberra. Please note that places are limited and selection is at the discretion of the respective hosts. Destination NSW and VisitCanberra will contact selected participants after registrations close to confirm attendance and provide further itinerary details to assist with travel planning.
