Day One: Monday 18 August 2025

Time:  Departing 3.30pm (1.5 - 2 hour drive)
Pick up location: Sydney CBD

Location: Park Proxi Gibraltar, Bowral

Transfers - please note there is potential for a return transfer after the welcome networking function which may be considered based on demand. More information to come.

Day Two: Tuesday 19 August 2025

Additional Information

Travel 
As a general guide for those travelling from outside Sydney or interstate, please see indicative travel timelines below:  
  • Arrival: Please aim to arrive by the evening of Sunday 17 August to meet the pre-arranged coach transfer from a Sydney CBD location departing at 8.00am on Monday 18 August. You will need to make your own arrangements to reach the event venue if you miss these transfers.  
  • Departure:  Please plan to depart late evening after the conclusion of the B2B day on Tuesday 19 August. For buyers that are selected to participate in a post famil, please plan to depart following its conclusion (more details to be advised by DNSW and/or VisitCanberra).
    • If travelling from interstate and you require accommodation in Sydney on Sunday 17 August, please contact events@atec.net.au 
B2B meetings
Due to overwhelming demand for attendance at this event, the program will now include two days of B2B meetings. The meetings will occur on Monday 18 August (day 1) and Tuesday 19 August (day 2).
  • Buyers will participate in both days of the B2B (to meet all the NSW & ACT products) while sellers will participate in one day of B2B to meet with all the buyers. 
  • The day that sellers are selected to participate in the B2B (Monday 18 OR Tuesday 19 August) will be confirmed once you have registered and this is unable to be changed.
  • There will be numerous meeting opportunities throughout the day depending on the number of registered delegates. 
  • The number of appointments you receive cannot be guaranteed.
  • Meetings will be approximately 9~10 minutes including a 1-minute changeover. 
  • Depending on the number of registered delegates, either meeting preferencing will be required OR all buyers will meet with all sellers. This will be determined once registrations close, and further information will be advised.
