We’re very looking forward to seeing you in the Southern Highlands for ATEC's Explore NSW & ACT Trade Engagement event, in proud partnership with Destination NSW & VisitCanberra.  

Please see details below to assist with event preparation and throughout the event. A reminder to also navigate through the website for all event related updates including the overall programPlease contact events@atec.net.au if you have any questions or queries that are not addressed below nor on the event website.

Please note that sellers will participate in EITHER Day 1 B2B OR Day 2 B2B meetings. If you need to confirm which day you are participating in, please reference the directories below.

Program - Day 1 B2B Sellers

Monday 18 August 2025

Brighton coach transfer #1 to the Southern Highlands

While we highly recommend self-driving or car pooling to Explore NSW & ACT,  this is the only transfer option from the Sydney CBD to the Southern Highlands for Day 1 B2B Sellers.

Business-to-Business (B2B) Meetings - Day 1

  • Venue: Park Proxi Gibraltar
  • Address: 7 Boronia Street, Bowral, NSW, 2576
  • Room Location: Gibraltar Ballroom
  • F&B:  Morning and afternoon tea will be served in Harvey's Den, close to the Gibraltar Ballroom. Lunch will be served in The Gallery.
  • There is no formal meeting schedule for this event - all buyers will meet with all sellers. 
  • There will be a total of 29 meetings throughout the day for buyers and 32 for sellers. Buyers will have some spare appointments throughout the day.
  • Sellers will be seated, and buyers will rotate around the room to conduct the meetings.
  • Each meeting will proceed for approximately 9 minutes with a 1-minute change over.
  • Please note that additional delegates will participate in meetings with the primary delegate. They do not receive their own meeting schedule.

  • 10.00am – Arrival, registration and morning tea
  • 10.20am - Sellers to be seated at their tables
  • 10.25am - Buyers to be seated at their starting tables
  • 10.30am – Welcome and meetings to commence
  • 12.35pm – Lunch (45 mins)
  • 3.10pm - Afternoon tea (25 mins)
  • 5.15pm – Meetings conclude
  • 5.30pm - Welcome Networking Function commences

Welcome Networking Function

Join more than 100 buyer and seller delegates for a fabulous Welcome Networking Function, showcasing beautiful local produce from the Southern Highlands.  Recommended attire is business casual throughout.

  • Location: The Observatory Restaurant, Park Proxi Gilbralter
  • Address: 7 Boronia Street, Bowral
  • Times: 5.15pm for a 5.30pm start until 7.30pm at which time the event will end for Day 1 Sellers
  • Inclusions: 2 hour canapé and beverage networking dinner 

Return Brighton coach transfer to Sydney

A return coach transfer to Sydney will be provided for those requiring it following the conclusion of the Welcome Networking Function (approx. 8.00pm). One drop off only will be offered at Vibe Hotel Sydney, arriving at approximately 9.30pm.

Welcome Networking Function

Join more than 100 buyer and seller delegates for a fabulous Welcome Networking Function, showcasing beautiful local produce from the Southern Highlands.  Recommended attire is business casual throughout.

Following the conclusion of the event, sellers will check into their accommodation at Park Proxi Gibraltar if they have made a reservation OR a transfer will be provided to Peppers Craigieburn if you have made an accommodation reservation there. Harvey's Bar & Terrace, at Park Proxi Gibraltar is open until 9.30pm for additional refreshments.

Tuesday 19 August 2025

For Park Proxi Gibraltar guests 

  • Breakfast is available in The Lotus Restaurant, Park Proxi Gibraltar from 7.00am (for hotel guests only)
  • Note: please check out prior to the B2B meetings and store your luggage in one of the meeting rooms close to the Gibraltar Room.

For Peppers Craigieburn guests 

  • Breakfast is as per the hotels instructions.
  • Transfers from Peppers Craigieburn will depart at 7.45am sharp for Park Proxi Gibraltar. Please check out and wait at the front of the hotel at 7.30am. On arrival, store your luggage in one of the meeting rooms close to the Gibraltar Room.

Return Brighton coach transfers to Sydney

Return transfers to Sydney will be provided for those requiring them following the conclusion of the B2B. Drop offs will be offered at Sydney Domestic Airport (stop 1) as well as Vibe Hotel Sydney (stop 2).

Additional Information

What to bring to the B2B - Sellers

Relative to marketing collateral and in an effort to be more sustainable ATEC:

  • Encourages all delegates to "go green". Please bring as much marketing collateral electronically as possible on fully charged iPad/laptops. There will be charging points within the room however they will not be directly accessible from B2B tables. We do understand some sellers may wish to bring printed presentations which is OK if you prefer.
  • Discourages the need for prizes, giveaways etc. in an effort to reduce waste and our carbon footprint for the event.
  • Advises that no pull up banners or display signage is permitted.

What happens if I can no longer attend?

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Yes, as stated in our terms and conditions, there will be a delegate change fee of $150 + GST. Please contact events@atec.net.au to discuss. 

What is the weather like in the Southern Highlands during August?

August is a cosy and cool time of year to visit the Southern Highlands of NSW. Average temperature range: daytime 14C; nights 3C-6C. Please pack warm layers for the early mornings/later in the afternoons when it cools down.  Click here to keep an eye on the forward weather forecast.
