BUYER registration options

Below are the different registration types for buyers.

To participate in the event your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2024/25. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au

For eligible buyers, the registration fee and associated travel costs including flights are eligible expenses under Austrade's Reviving International Tourism Grant (RITG).

Please note that the grant funding needs to be spent by 31 December 2024, with participation in these activities until 31 May 2025. For further information please click here.

Please note:
B2B Meetings:
  • *To be eligible to attend the B2B New Product Workshop (Tuesday 11 March 2025), buyers must be willing to consider contracting new product. On this day, buyers will meet on a rotational basis with products from Queensland that are "New to International". These businesses will have completed or are in the process of completing a recognised international trade ready mentoring program run by ATEC or a regional or local tourism organisation in Queensland.
  • # Please note that appointment preferencing and meeting matching may be required for the B2B meetings on Wednesday 12 March 2025 to be held between ATEC buyer and Queensland seller members.
Travel:
  • Buyer delegates are required to facilitate and fund their own flights and transfers if travelling from outside Sydney or interstate. 
  • To assist with planning, please aim to arrive for an 8.30am start on Tuesday 11 March 2025 to attend the New Product Workshop followed by the Welcome Function. Please plan to depart after the conclusion of the B2B day on Wednesday 12 March 2025. (evening).
  • For interstate buyers, one night's accommodation (including breakfast) is included in the registration cost for the night of Tuesday 11 March 2025.
  • As mentioned above, event associated travel costs including flights are eligible expenses under Austrade's Reviving International Tourism Grant (RITG) for those who have received the funding.
