Queensland (TEQ) is delighted to invite New to International Product (New Product Sellers) to register their interest to participate in the
Queensland Showcase 2025 New Product Workshop on Tuesday 11 March 2025.Register your interest now to meet and network with approximately 40 ATEC
Inbound Tour Operators and Buyer members keen to contract new business. The structure of the New Product Workshop will involve a series of 10-minute (including change over) one-on-one Business-to-Business (B2B) meetings with buyers as well as networking breaks across morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Following the B2B meetings, delegates will join the official Welcome Function with all Queensland Showcase delegates.
To be eligible to attend this event your business will be participating in a recognised international trade ready mentoring program organised by ATEC or your regional or local tourism organisation. TEQ will fully subsidise one full delegate valued at $850+gst from up to 35 eligible organisations to attend each element of this event. Preference will be given to those who meet the selection criteria listed below. If the number of applications exceeds the maximum number of new sellers for the event, applicants will be waitlisted and contacted in the event of a place becoming available.

TEQ is also supporting the attendance of international trade ready program mentors and regional and local tourism organisation partners to provide guidance and advise. To participate as a mentor in the event your business will need to have completed a recognised international trade ready mentoring program run by your regional or local tourism organisation and/or be invited by TEQ to attend.

Please note that New to International Product Sellers will be required at a minimum to meet the following criteria to be eligible to participate:
- Able to provide inbound contracted nett rates at relevant commission levels for the travel year 2025/26 and 2026/27 (ie. rate sheets)
- Have terms and conditions which are appropriate for the international markets
- Are comfortable in pitching to product managers in a trade event environment (ie. B2B appointments)
- Have participated in an international trade ready mentoring program or recognised trade ready training program (ie. ATEC Tourism Trade Ready, QRTN's 2023 and/or 2024 Pathway to ATE program or an equivalent RTO/LTO program); and
- Are open to receiving additional trade mentoring in the lead up to Queensland Showcase 2025.

Expressions of interest close 11.59pm Monday 20 January 2025. Successful businesses and mentors will receive an official invitation to attend in early February 2025.
