This year Explore New South Wales will feature two full days of market-focused commercial engagement, with each day dedicated to a different inbound market.

Tuesday 25 August – Eastern Markets Day

Wednesday 26 August – Western Markets Day

Below are the different registration types and inclusions for sellers. To participate in the event your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2026/27 year. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au

HURRY! Numbers for this event are strictly limited and may be capped to maintain a balance between buyers and sellers. Registrations close 11.59pm Sunday 2 August 2026 (AEST).

Registration Inclusions*

Eastern Markets Day \| Tuesday 25 August	Western Markets Day \| Wednesday 26 August
Education component consisting of presentations/panel discussions (morning). Business-to-business (B2B) meetings (afternoon). Inclusive of morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and networking refreshments.	Market update followed by a full day of business-to-business (B2B) meetings. Inclusive of morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and networking refreshments.

Please note:

Delegates working across both Eastern and Western Markets are encouraged to participate across the full two-day program. Alternately, if your focus is predominantly either one of the markets, it is recommended to attend that specific day.
Inclusions will vary depending on whether you register to attend the Eastern Markets Day, Western Markets Day or both days.
The Eastern Markets Day will be held at a different venue to the Western Markets Day. Both will be within the Sydney CBD and more information to follow via event communications.

Additional Information

Travel: As a general guide for those travelling from outside Sydney/Eora or interstate, please see indicative travel times below.

Eastern Markets Day (Tuesday 25 August): Arrive throughout Monday 24 August for an early morning start on Tuesday 25 August. If attending this day only, you may depart after 6.00pm on Tuesday.
Western Markets Day (Wednesday 26 August): Arrive on Tuesday 25 August for an early morning start on Wednesday 26 August. Depart following the formal conclusion of the event after 7.00pm.
Please note that flights and all other travel-related expenses including accommodation is not included in the registration fee and are at the delegate's own expense. Accommodation industry rates will become available in due course and will be published on the event website.

Please note:

As numbers are strictly limited, only one primary and one additional seller delegate registration per company is permitted for this event.
Registrations will be capped and accepted on a first come, first served basis. Once this cap has been reached, a waitlist will be activated.
Additional seller delegates are eligible to participate in B2B appointments with the primary seller delegate. They do not receive their own appointment schedule/stream.
