Gold Coast Transit Centre on Beach Road – Meet in the two coach bays

Tuesday 29 October

There will be two coaches on Tuesday morning to take you to your B2B appointments at the Gold Coast Convention Centre (GCCC), for your 7:45am start time. For those staying at the Dorsett Gold Coast, Sofitel Broadbeach or The Star Residences, the Gold Coast Convention Centre is a comfortable 5-minute stroll away.

NOTE: If you can, try to have some breakfast prior to your arrival at the GCCC. There will however be tea and coffee and some light refreshments available if needed.

As this evening is at leisure, return transfers have not been organised. Following the conclusion of the B2B and networking drinks please make your own transfer arrangements to your accommodation.

Wednesday 30 October

There will be a number of coaches on Wednesday morning to take you to the Home of the Arts (HOTA) for the Conference Program.

NOTE: Please aim to have breakfast and grab a coffee prior to your arrival at HOTA. There will be a small cafe onsite however morning tea will not be served until 10.30am.

 Experiential Breakouts / Gala

There will be coach transfers from HOTA to the afternoon breakout sessions, and you will be informed of the details on the day. These coach transfers will also transfer you from the breakout sessions to the Gala at Miami Marketta.

Getting home from the Gala

You are invited to stay and enjoy the festivities for as little or as long as you like! However, coaches are scheduled to run from 8:30pm onwards. Please note that coach will be providing transfers to the drop-off locations of:

·       Gold Coast Convention Centre

·       Mantra on View

·       Gold Coast Transit Centre

·       Imperial Gold Coast

**IMPORTANT NOTE**
For any delegate wishing to return to the Mercure Gold Coast, you must board the 9:30pm coach. Unfortunately, there is only one scheduled service to the Mercure Gold Coast. You are more than welcome to stick around and enjoy the Gala but beware you will need to organise your own way home after the 9:30pm coach departs.
