These are indicative program timings, and we encourage you to continue to monitor this page as further details will be added in the lead up to the event.

Please note that attending buyers are encouraged to arrive in Alice Springs throughout Monday 23 March 2026 to participate in the local activities and Central Australia Tourism Exchange on the Tuesday, prior to the welcome networking function.

Day One: Tuesday 24 March 2026

Buyer activities Hosted by Tourism Central Australia (TCA)	Time: Be ready in the hotel lobby at 7.50am Transfers from Crowne Plaza Alice Springs Lasseters at 8.00am sharp Inclusions: Art tour at the Telegraph Station and visit to Alice Springs School of the Air. Both groups will participate in both activities Coach transfers will be provided by Emu Run	ATEC buyer delegates
Central Australia Tourism Exchange (New product B2B for buyers) Hosted by TCA	Time: Lunch followed by afternoon B2B meetings Location: Alice Springs Convention Centre - MacDonnell Room A & B	ATEC buyer delegates
Welcome networking function Hosted by ATEC & TCA	Time: Transfers from Alice Springs Convention Centre at approximately 5.30pm for a 6.00pm start Location: Alice Springs Desert Park Inclusions: Refreshments, dinner and a nocturnal tour Return transfers will be provided back to Alice Springs Convention Centre at approximately 9.00pm	All registered delegates

Day Two: Wednesday 25 March 2026

Business-to-business (B2B) meetings Hosted by ATEC	Time: Registration from approximately 8.15am B2B meetings from approximately 9.00am - 4.00pm Location: Alice Springs Convention Centre - MacDonnell Room A & B	ATEC buyer and seller delegates
Post B2B networking refreshments Hosted by ATEC	Time: Following the B2B meetings - approximately 4.00 - 5.00pm Location: Alice Springs Convention Centre - Ghan Foyer & Courtyard	ATEC buyer and seller delegates

Pre and Post-Event Famil Programs:

Pre and post-event famil programs Hosted by Tourism & Events Northern Territory (TENT)	Explore Northern Territory primary buyer delegates are invited to express an interest in participating in a pre or post-event famil program, proudly supported by Tourism Events Northern Territory (TENT). Please note that availability is limited and the initiation to attend is at the discretion of TENT. Once registrations close, TENT will be in touch to confirm the details. B2B meetings

The B2B meetings will occur on Wednesday 25 March 2026. At this early stage, we estimate that there will be up to 30 meeting opportunities throughout the day. Meetings will be approximately 10 minutes including a 1-minute changeover. Please note:

The number of appointments you receive cannot be guaranteed; this is just the maximum number of meetings we anticipate will be held throughout the day.
There will be no set B2B meeting schedule or preferencing for this event. Appointments will occur on a rotational basis throughout the day. Sellers will be seated, and buyers will rotate as specified on the day.
