Seller Registration

Below are the different registration types and inclusions for sellers.  

To participate in the event your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2025/26 year. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au


Registration inclusions**

Tuesday 24 March 2026
  • Welcome networking function at Alice Springs Desert Park, including refreshments, dinner, a nocturnal tour, and return transfers.
Wednesday 25 March 2026
  • Full day of B2B meetings (inclusive of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea). 
  • Networking refreshments following the B2B meetings.

Additional Information

Travel: As a general guide for those travelling from outside Alice Springs or interstate, please see indicative travel times below.
  • Please arrive by mid-afternoon on Tuesday 24 March 2026 to attend the welcome networking function from approximately 5.30pm. 
  • Please plan to depart after the conclusion of the B2B meetings and networking refreshments on Wednesday 25 March 2026.
Please note:
  • As numbers are strictly limited, only one primary and one additional seller delegate registration per company is permitted for this event. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
  • Additional seller delegates are eligible to participate in B2B appointments with the primary seller delegate. They do not receive their own appointment schedule/stream. 
  • Please note that seller delegates are required to facilitate and fund their own their own travel arrangements to/from Alice Springs as well as their own accommodation arrangements if required.
  • Accommodation industry rates will become available in due course and will be published on the event website.

Note that the cost for sellers attending this event has been subsidised by Tourism & Events Northern Territory due to the majority having to travel from Darwin and surrounds to Alice Springs (increased travel costs).
