Below are the different registration types for buyers. 

To participate in the event your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2025/26 year. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au


Registration inclusions**

Tuesday 24 March 2026
  • Morning of buyer activities and afternoon of B2B meetings at Central Australia Tourism Exchange, hosted by Tourism Central Australia (TCA)
  • Welcome networking function at Alice Springs Desert Park, including refreshments, dinner, a nocturnal tour, and return transfers 
Wednesday 25 March 2026
  • Buyer breakfast with presentations by local sponsors and face-to-face pitches by local trainee products
  • Full day of B2B meetings (inclusive of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea) followed by networking refreshments
Post-Event Famil Program
  • The opportunity to express an interest in participating in a post-event famil program, proudly supported by Tourism & Events Northern Territory (TENT). For further details on the famils available, please CLICK HERE
  • Please note that availability is limited and the invitation to attend is at the discretion of TENT. Once registrations close, TENT will be in touch to confirm the details.
  • All post famils will commence on Wednesday 25 March following the B2B meetings and conclude throughout Sunday 29 March 2026. 

Accommodation

  • Up to three nights' accommodation including breakfast
  • Dates: Monday 23, Tuesday 24 and (if required) Wednesday 25 March 2026


Additional Information

Travel: As a general guide for those travelling from outside Alice Springs or interstate, please see indicative travel times below.

  • Please arrive throughout Monday 23 March 2026 to participate in the local activities and Central Australia Tourism Exchange on the Tuesday, prior to the welcome networking function that evening.
  • Please plan to depart after the B2B meetings on Wednesday 25 March, or at the conclusion of the post-event famil program (if you are participating in one). Further details on the timings of the famil programs to be advised by TENT. Please wait to confirm your famil participation before booking flights.
  • If you are not participating in a post-event famil program but are unable to fly out of Alice Springs following the B2B meetings on Wednesday 25 March, accommodation will be provided that night. Please advise ATEC once your flights are booked.
  • Flight arrangements and airport transfers are not included in the registration fee and will need to be coordinated and funded independently. Please see below for some suggested flights and travel times.

Please note: 
  • As numbers are strictly limited, two buyer delegates per business can register to attend and will share the one meeting schedule.
  • Availability to attend a famil is limited and the invitation to attend is at the discretion of TENT. It is not guaranteed that all buyers will be invited to participate.
  • Registrations will be capped and accepted on a first come, first served basis. Once this cap has been reached, a waitlist will be activated.
