ATEC will organise complimentary parking vouchers and give these out at the welcome networking function on the Monday evening. If you will not be in attendance at that please advise the team and we will arrange another time to give you the parking voucher.

Passes will be dated and they must be displayed clearly on the dashboard as the car park is monitored by City of Melbourne parking inspectors regularly.

What to bring to the B2B - Sellers

Relative to marketing collateral and in an effort to be more sustainable ATEC:

  • Encourages all delegates to "go green". Please bring as much marketing collateral electronically as possible on fully charged iPad/laptops. We do understand some sellers may wish to bring printed presentations which is OK if you prefer.
  • Reminds our delegates that there will be charging points/power stations within the room however they will not be directly accessible from B2B tables.
  • Discourages the need for prizes, giveaways etc. in an effort to reduce waste and our carbon footprint for the event.
  • Advises that no pull up banners or display signage is permitted due to the space constraints in the venue.
