Below are the different registration types for buyers. 

To participate in the event your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2025/26 year. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au


Registration inclusions**

  • Welcome networking function including transfers (if required)
  • Full day of B2B meetings (inclusive of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea) followed by networking refreshments
  • The opportunity to express an interest in participating in a post-event famil program, proudly supported by Visit Victoria (VVIC). For further details on the famils available, please CLICK HERE
  • One nights' accommodation including breakfast on Monday 23 February 2026

Additional Information

Travel: As a general guide for those travelling from outside Melbourne or interstate, please see indicative travel times below.

  • Please arrive by mid-afternoon on Monday 23 February for check-in at the hotel (details to be advised) and transfer pick up for the welcome networking function late afternoon.
  • Please plan to depart after the B2B meetings on Tuesday 24 February, or at the conclusion of the post-event famil program (if you are participating in one). Further details on the timings of the famil programs to be advised by VVIC.
  • Flight arrangements and airport transfers are not included in the registration fee and will need to be coordinated and funded independently. 
  • Please note that Tullamarine Airport is the closest airport to Melbourne and the transfer to the CBD is 30 minutes. 
Please note: 
  • As numbers are strictly limited, two buyer delegates per business can register to attend and will share the one meeting schedule. 
  • Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
  • For further information on the VVIC hosted famil programs, please CLICK HEREPlease note that availability is limited and the invitation to attend is at the discretion of VVIC. Once registrations close, VVIC will be in touch to confirm the details.
  • All post famils will commence on Tuesday 24 February following the B2B meetings and conclude in the afternoon of Friday 27 February 2026.
