Seller Registration

Below are the different registration types and inclusions for sellers.

To participate in the event your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2025/26 year. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au

Registration inclusions**

Welcome networking function including transfers (if required)
Full day of B2B meetings (inclusive of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea) followed by networking refreshments

Additional Information

Travel: As a general guide for those travelling from outside Melbourne or interstate, please see indicative travel times below.

Please arrive by mid-afternoon on Monday 23 February 2026 if you require the transfer to the welcome networking function late afternoon (exact location and timings to be confirmed).
Please plan to depart after the conclusion of the B2B meetings and networking refreshments on Tuesday 24 February 2026.

Please note:

As numbers are strictly limited, only one primary and one additional seller delegate registration per company is permitted for this event.
Registrations will be capped and accepted on a first come, first served basis. Once this cap has been reached, a waitlist will be activated.
Additional seller delegates are eligible to participate in B2B appointments with the primary seller delegate. They do not receive their own appointment schedule/stream.
Please note that seller delegates are required to facilitate and fund their own their own transfers to/from Melbourne as well as their own accommodation arrangements if staying overnight in Melbourne and/or surrounds on Monday 23 February 2026.
Accommodation industry rates will become available in due course and will be published on the event website.
