These are indicative program timings, and we encourage you to continue to monitor this page as further details will be added in the lead up to the event. 


Day One: Monday 23 February 2026

Travel - all delegates
Please aim to arrive in Melbourne by mid-afternoon for the transfer to the welcome networking function late afternoon. Exact timings and location are advised below.

Explore Victoria primary buyer delegates are invited to express an interest in participating in a post-event famil program, proudly supported by Visit Victoria (VVIC). Please note that availability is limited and the initiation to attend is at the discretion of VVIC. Once registrations close, VVIC will be in touch to confirm the details.

All post famils will commence on Tuesday 24 February following the B2B meetings and conclude in the afternoon of Friday 27 February 2026.

Additional information: 

B2B meetings
The B2B meetings will occur on Tuesday 24 February 2026. At this stage, we estimate that there will be up to 40 meeting opportunities throughout the day. Meetings will be approximately 10 minutes including a 1-minute changeover. Please note:
  • The number of appointments you receive cannot be guaranteed; this is just the maximum number of meetings we anticipate will be held throughout the day.
  • There will be no set B2B meeting schedule or preferencing for this event. Appointments will occur on a rotational basis throughout the day. Sellers will be seated, and buyers will rotate as specified on the day.
