Meeting Place 2025 (MP25) offers your company the opportunity to showcase its unique products or services to ATEC’s network of tourism buyers, sellers and industry stakeholders. Primary delegate registration includes the following benefits:
Business-to-business (B2B) meetings for both B2B sessions on Tuesday 28 and Wednesday 29 October. This includes
A preferenced, pre-scheduled meeting diary providing up to 50 opportunities to meet with buyers OR sellers.
Display space, table and four chairs

Conference program
Delegate forums and presentations
Networking opportunities including a welcome function, gala finale and ATEC's Awards for Excellence

IMPORTANT - Please note:
If B2B appointments are included as part of your registration, the number of appointments you ultimately receive via the system generated appointment schedule cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations will not be accepted if you are not satisfied with your appointment schedule, for example, if you receive less appointments than anticipated or the quality of your appointments falls below your expectations.
We anticipate the B2B meetings will be 9 minutes in length with a 1-minute change over.
Primary service provider delegates will receive two half days of appointments (Tuesday and Wednesday morning) and may receive up to 25 meeting opportunities during each session (a total of 50).
Primary delegates can only participate in one appointment stream—either with tourism buyers or sellers—during the B2B meeting sessions. If your company would like to meet with both buyers and sellers, two primary delegate registrations are required, with each delegate selecting a different stream.
*The additional delegate can participate in the B2B appointments with the primary delegate. They do not receive their own B2B appointment schedule.
Both the primary and additional delegate can also participate in optional networking events.
All delegates are required to facilitate their own accommodation, transfer and flight arrangements/bookings.
As a general guide, delegates should expect to arrive in Perth by late morning on Monday 27 October and depart throughout Thursday 30 October for the main components of MP25.*
