Below are the different registration types for buyers. Please note all prices are listed excluding GST. 

Please note to participate in MP25 as a full or additional delegate buyer your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2025/26 year. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au

Shared B2B schedule & no pre famil**

IMPORTANT - Flight Subsidy*:

  • Buyer delegates will be responsible for booking their own flights to and from Perth to attend MP25. 
  • To assist with travel costs, Tourism Western Australia (TWA) will offer a targeted flight subsidy of up to $700 + GST per buyer delegate. This approach gives buyers the flexibility to manage their own travel while helping to offset some of the airfare costs.
  • ATEC and/or TWA will contact all registered buyer delegates around early August with further details, including:
    • Famil attendance confirmation
    • Itinerary information
    • Step-by-step instructions on how to access the subsidy

Pre-Famils**:

  • Dependent on the registration type, buyer delegates are offered the opportunity to be considered for participation in a pre-famil program to a West Australian destination, proudly supported by Tourism Western Australia (TWA). For further details please click here.
  • Availability is strictly limited and an invitation to attend a particular pre-famil program is at the discretion of TWA and cannot be guaranteed.
  • TWA will liaise with buyer delegates in due course to provide pre-famil options, further information and confirmation of participation. 

B2B Meetings:

  • *Buyer - Additional Delegate (own B2B appointment schedule) will have their own B2B schedule, separate to the primary buyer delegate.
  • **Buyer - Additional Delegate (shared B2B appointment schedule, no pre-famil) can participate in the B2B meetings with the primary buyer delegate. They do not receive their own B2B appointment schedule. They are also unable to participate in a pre-famil program.
  • We anticipate these will be approximately 9 minutes in length with a 1-minute change over.
  • Buyers receive a full day of appointments (2 x half days) and may receive up to 50 meeting opportunities during the day. 
  • If B2B appointments are included as part of your registration, the number of appointments you ultimately receive via the system generated appointment schedule cannot be guaranteed. 
  • Cancellations will not be accepted if you are not satisfied with your appointment schedule, for example, if you receive less appointments than anticipated or the quality of your appointments falls below your expectations.
Accommodation, transfers & other expenses:
  • Accommodation inclusive of daily breakfast is provided for four nights (check in: Sunday 26 October, check out: Thursday 30 October 2025).
  • All buyer delegates are required to facilitate their own airport transfers (unless associated with a pre famil). Some transfers may be provided throughout the event if required to facilitate MP25 program elements.
  • If you choose to extend your stay outside of the official event dates for personal reasons, additional accommodation and travel expenses will need to be independently coordinated at your own expense.
