Below are the different registration types for sellers. Please note all prices are listed excluding GST.

To ensure we are able to accept as many products as possible to participate in MP25, companies must strictly adhere to registering only one primary seller delegate to attend the event. 

Please note to participate in MP25 as a primary or additional full delegate your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2025/26 year. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au

IMPORTANT - Please note:

• We anticipate the B2B meetings will be 9 minutes in length with a 1-minute change over.
• Primary sellers will receive a half day of appointments (Tuesday OR Wednesday morning) and may receive up to 25 meeting opportunities during the session.
• If B2B appointments are included as part of your registration, the number of appointments you ultimately receive via the system generated appointment schedule cannot be guaranteed. 
• Cancellations will not be accepted if you are not satisfied with your appointment schedule, for example, if you receive less appointments than anticipated or the quality of your appointments falls below your expectations.
  
• *The additional seller delegate can participate in the B2B appointments with the primary seller delegate. They do not receive their own B2B appointment schedule.
  
• Both the primary and additional seller delegate can also participate in optional networking events and touring programs.
  
• All seller delegates are required to facilitate their own accommodation, transfer and flight arrangements/bookings.
  
• As a general guide, sellers should expect to arrive in Perth by late morning on Monday 27 October and depart throughout Thursday 30 October for the main components of MP25.*
