Additional Information

  • Travel - as a general guide please see indicative travel timelines below:
    • Buyers: with the exception of any pre-famil program participation, please arrive in Perth by 10.00am on Monday 27 October and depart throughout Thursday 30 October. ATEC and TWA will liaise directly with all buyer delegates to coordinate pre famil arrangements and suggested flight timings. *
    • Sellers: please in arrive in Perth by late morning on Monday 27 October and depart throughout Thursday 30 October. *
  • B2B meetings* - 
    • Buyers may receive up to 50 meeting opportunities during the event (across two half days).
    • Sellers may receive up to 25 meeting opportunities during the event (across one half day).
    • We anticipate these will be approximately 9 minutes in length with a 1-minute change over.
  • B2B information - 
    • Please note the number of B2B appointments you receive cannot be guaranteed, this is just the number of meetings one can obtain. 
    • You will be able to submit your preferences in advance using a tiered system for who you would like to meet with during these sessions (i.e. buyers will preference the sellers they would like to meet with, and sellers will preference the buyers they would like to meet with). 
    • A system generated meeting schedule will be created and sent to you ahead of the event. 
    • Your session and meeting schedule will be formulated based on the preferences you submitted in advance and in turn the preferences of those who selected to meet with you. Please note the number of preferences you submit in advance may not necessarily correlate to the total number of appointments you receive. 
    • Preferencing will commence once full delegate registrations close after 31 July 2025. We anticipate this will be throughout August and you will receive further information at this time.

  • Venues - 
    • Venue details are yet to be finalised but will be located in the vicinity of Perth city, and in close proximity to accommodation provided by our accommodation property partners. Please continue to monitor the event website for regular updates.
  • Accommodation - 
    • Accommodation rates/offers are available now from our accommodation property partner hotels. Please click here for more information. They are all centrally located and within close proximity to B2B and conference venues.
