Buyer Registration Types

Below are the different registration types for buyers. Please note all prices are listed excluding GST.

Please note to participate in MP23 as a full or additional delegate buyer your business will need to be a financial ATEC Member for the 2023/24 year. If you have any questions regarding your membership status contact members@atec.net.au

All inclusive registrations

Buyer registrations (for both primary and additional delegates) to MP23 include but are not limited to:

Flights between your nearest capital city in Australia and the host destination (incl. famil related flights)
Accommodation within the host destination (Check in 30 October: check out 2 November 2023)
Transfers if required to facilitate MP23 program elements
Multi-day pre/post famil program to a South Australian destination (sponsored by SATC)
All core event elements including:

Welcome Function
One on one, business-to-business appointments (B2B) and conferencing sessions
Gala Dinner
Niche networking events by invitation

Please note:

ATEC and its Event Partners will liaise with buyer delegates in due course to provide pre/post famil options plus organise flight travel arrangements. As a guide, and excluding any pre or post famil arrangements, buyers should expect to arrive in Adelaide on Monday 30 October (morning) and depart Thursday 2 November for the main components of MP23.*
All buyer delegates are required to facilitate their own airport transfers (unless associated with a pre/post famil)
If you choose to extend your stay outside of the official event dates for personal reasons, additional accomodation and travel expenses will need to be independently coordinated at your own expense.
