* Transfers will be coordinated to facilitate participation in the whole  conference, breakout and Gala finale program.  This includes:

  • 12:00pm - transfers from the Adelaide Convention Centre to various locations in the Adelaide Hills where the breakout sessions will be held
  • From 5:00pm - transfers from the various locations in the Adelaide Hills where the breakout sessions will be held to Lot 100. 
  • From 9:00pm onwards - return transfers from Lot 100 to Adelaide CBD (locations to be advised)
Delegates will be pre-assigned a breakout group and venue. ATEC discourages delegates from attending individual elements of the full program. If necessary, however, alternative transfer arrangements will need to be independently coordinated at your own expense.

Please also note, seperate Gala Finale only tickets are not available for this event.

Additional Information

  • As a general guide please see indicative travel timelines below: 
    • Buyers: with the exception of any famil program participation, you should expect to arrive in Adelaide on the morning of Monday 30th October and depart throughout Thursday 2nd November. ATEC and SATC will liaise directly with all buyer delegates about travel and famil arrangements.*
    • Sellers should expect to arrive by mid-afternoon Monday 30th October and depart throughout Thursday 2nd November.*
  • Please note, just like other Meeting Place events in the past, the B2B sessions will occur over two half days with a 27 x 8 minute meetings available in each session. Buyers will receive a planned 54 meeting opportunities throughout the day and sellers will receive 27 meeting opportunities. 
    • Please note the number of appointments you receive cannot be guaranteed, this is just the number of meetings one can obtain. 
    • You will be able to submit your preferences in advance using a tiered system for who you would like to meet with during these sessions (i.e. buyers will preference the sellers they would like to meet with, and sellers will preference the buyers they would like to meet with). 
    • A system generated meeting schedule will be created and sent to you ahead of the event. 
    • Your session and meeting schedule will be formulated based on the preferences you submitted in advance and in turn the preferences of those who selected to meet with you. Please note the number of preferences you submit in advance may not necessarily correlate to the total number of appointments you receive. 
    • Preferencing will commence once full delegate registrations close after 31 July 2023. We anticipate this will be in August and you will receive further information at this time.
