annual buyers forum

2.00pm - 4.00pm
Monday 27 October 2025
Rottnest Island

MP25's Annual Buyers' Forum will be held on Rottnest Island on Monday 27th October.

The event will be held from 2:00pm - 4:00pm, following the Buyers' Island famil and lunch hosted by Tourism Western Australia and Rottnest Island. Buyers will be transferred by coach and ferry, leaving hotels from 8.30am prior to the event. Following the buyers forum, all delegates will head to the Welcome Function.

Please note this event is for MP25 buyer delegates only.

This year’s Buyers’ Forum will deliver a focused program of industry updates and open discussion. Delegates will hear an update on the results of the three month ITO Visa Help Desk trial and have the chance to raise visa related queries directly. Qantas will also provide an update on recent changes to strengthen support for inbound trade partners. The ATEC team will then share the latest on buyer-focused initiatives, including the Health & Safety project and updates around tour guides. To conclude, an interactive roundtable will bring industry leaders together to explore how we can enhance ATEC’s B2B program, ensuring it delivers maximum value for buyers and sellers alike.
