Monday 27 October 2025 - Travelling over to Rottnest Island independently

For delegates wishing to travel to Rottnest Island earlier on the Monday to explore and enjoy some of the incredible experiences on offer, please see the below information and instructions to book your complimentary ferry ticket.

Rottnest Express

• Click here to visit the Rottnest Express timetable on their website. Enter the date - Monday 27 October 2025 - to view the available ferry times and locations.
• Then navigate to the home page here and click 'Book now'.
• Scroll down to 'One Way Ferry & Experiences'. Click 'Book Now' on the ferry transfer you would like to book.
• Select the date and number of guests.
• Choose the time.
• Enter your contact details.
• On the payment page read and accept the T&Cs and enter the promo code MEETINGPLACE in the promo code section which will zero the cost.
• Click 'Continue' to process the booking. You will receive a confirmation email with the details, and a QR code needed to access the ferry.
• Please note that the promo code excludes the 9.30am ferry from Perth (premium) and the 3.45pm ferry from Fremantle (Northport).
• Please note that you only need to book the one-way ferry as there will be a charter ferry returning from the island at 7.30pm.
• The promo code is available until midnight Wednesday 22 October so be sure to book your ticket before then.

Monday 27 October 2025 - 2.45pm ferry charter to Rottnest Island

For delegates wishing to join the official 2.45pm ferry charter from Fremantle B Shed to Rottnest Island, to arrive in time for the Welcome Function, there will be coach pick-ups at approximately 1.30pm from Barrack Street Jetty and now Crown Perth. More information to come.

Monday 27 October 2025 - 7.30pm return ferry charter from Rottnest Island

Following the conclusion of the Welcome Function on Rottnest Island at 7.00pm, ferry charters have been arranged to return all delegates to Fremantle B Shed. The ferry will depart at 7.30pm and arrive on the mainland at 8.00pm.

Coach transfers will then be arranged to a number of locations including Crown Perth and in the city. More information to come.
