We’re excited to announce that the Meeting Place 2025 mobile event app is now available! The app is your go-to resource during MP25, providing access to essential event information and tools to make the most of your experience.

We strongly encourage you to download the events app BEFORE the event starts on Monday 27 October to familiarise yourself with its functionality.
Without logging in & COMPLETING STEP 4 (BELOW), you will be unable to connect with delegates or view their profiles.

How to Download & Log In:
*Please note - personalised login details will have been emailed to all delegates. Refer to communications sent from ATEC Events with the information.
2. OPEN:
Once downloaded, open the app on your phone/tablet. When prompted, enter app code ATECMP25 and allow us to send you push notifications.
Note: if you already have this app downloaded from previous years, it may pop up with an error notification. If it does, delete the app and data from your phone, download it again and follow the instructions as below.
3. LOG-IN:
Please find the ‘log in’ icon and enter the details emailed to you from ATEC Events (these are unique to you).
EXAMPLE: jenny.smith@abc.net.au and AK1JZ2 to enable full accessibility on the app - without logging in you will be unable to connect with delegates or view their profiles.
4. PRIVACY & SETTINGS - IMPORTANT - ACTION REQUIRED:
Go into the Privacy & Settings icon first (if it doesn't automatically pop up) and enable the contact details that you would like to share with the other delegates.
We strongly recommend sharing your full name, position, organisation, email address, and phone number. This will ensure that you can connect with other delegates throughout and following the event.
Make sure you click the green tick button next to the contact details you wish to share and scroll to the bottom.
Time Zone: Choose Event time zone and then Update.
Once you complete the above steps you are all logged in and set for the event!
Navigating the Attendee App
Contact Exchange: The contact exchange allows you to scan another delegates QR code and capture their contact details. You can then direct message, add notes and export these contacts directly to your email. Delegates can also scan your QR code, use it to share your contact details with other delegates.

Based on post event feedback from previous years events, we have identified several functionality and user experience issues that impacted overall satisfaction with the app during previous events.
